All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due prior to the event as specified in your customized quote and contract. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to contract signing.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are detailed in your specific event contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable within a certain timeframe prior to the event to cover preparatory costs and lost business opportunities.
4. Service Scope
BIG MASTER CHEFF will provide the services explicitly outlined in your accepted quote. Any additions or modifications requested after contract signing may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure food safety and quality, BIG MASTER CHEFF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from our services, except in cases of gross negligence.
